As disinformation researchers, we have spent years detecting and mitigating nefarious foreign and domestic networks. Based on our analysis of the threat actors and narratives we have analyzed ahead of the election, we anticipate that voters are likely to see disinformation narratives on Election Day aimed at creating confusion around the voting process, dissuading in-person voters, and targeting the credibility of the results.
